+Sets aor overwrites a variable in the environment.

+## Parameters

+* value (`any`, `instruction`) - The value to set.
+
+## Return

+## Exceptions
+
+* `EvaluationException` - If there was an error while evaluating one or more parameters.
+* `TypeException` - If one or more parameters are not of the expected type.
