This merge request introduces the final stage of NCC in it's alpha stage.

Important Developer Notes

  • NCC Is not optimized at this stage, performance & memory usage will suffer in some parts
  • Missing 'Update' method, NCC at this stage cannot update packages. The next release will feature this.

But like anything, feel free to report the issues.
